Contract Negotiation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Negotiation Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in the management of interior fit out works.
Key Responsibilities:- To assist in tendering for interior fit out works by evaluating quotes and proposals from subcontractors.
- To negotiate with subcontractors on pricing and terms, ensuring optimal value for our organization.
- To draft and manage contracts, Letters of Agreement, or Purchase Orders as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors.
- A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
