We are currently seeking a skilled CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE (VEHICLE BREAKDOWN) to join our team.
About the Role
- This role involves carrying out daily vehicle detailing operations, ensuring professionalism at all times.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for issuing replacement vehicles when necessary and coordinating with the traffic team to arrange alternate transportation.
- Perform rotational breakdown vehicle duties and carry out on-site repairs, including minor tasks such as replacing tires and batteries.
- Additional duties may include ad-hoc detailing tasks as assigned.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Key Requirements
- Able to perform basic repairs, including changing tires and jump-starting vehicles.
- Willingness to work rotational 24/7 breakdown shift duties.
- Relevant experience in the car rental industry is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary: Basic $1,750 + Allowance + Trip Incentive + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Total estimated gross salary: approximately $3,000 - $5,000+
- Gross includes allowances, incentives, and overtime pay.

Working Conditions
- Alternate Saturday shifts: 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- Monday to Friday shifts: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM

- MUST HAVE CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENSE
