Administrative Executive for Outreach Initiatives

Nanyang Technological University (NTU Singapore) is seeking a proactive and motivated individual to become part of the College of Engineering (CoE) team as an Administrative Executive for Outreach Initiatives. In this pivotal role within the Dean's Office, you will contribute significantly to the planning and execution of outreach and admissions strategies for the College.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of a role-specific email account and calendar.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational assistance for outreach programs and events.
  • Aid in the organization and execution of engaging outreach activities.
  • Maintain and update databases, conduct surveys post-events, and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for the College's programs during outreach and admissions functions.
  • Assist in the management of the Dyson-NTU Studio.
  • Communicate updates and modifications regarding admissions and scholarship opportunities.
  • Gather and compile information for necessary submissions.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the team.

Qualifications:

  • A degree from a recognized institution.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient project and event management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of the higher education landscape in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic work environment.
