This critical role will play a significant part in crafting the culinary experiences that set our hotel apart from others.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the F&B team, driving growth, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

  • Lead the F&B team to achieve exceptional results, exceeding guest expectations and driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus, reflecting the best of international cuisine and showcasing local flavors.
  • Elevate the quality of food and beverages served across all outlets, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Train and develop F&B staff to deliver world-class service, meeting and exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements

Applicants should hold a strong track record of achievement in F&B leadership within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality setting.

Extensive knowledge of F&B operations, including menu curation and beverage programs, is necessary.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.

A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and adapting to changing circumstances is vital.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
