Job Title: Residential Care Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Care Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to the basic nursing and general care needs of residents in a safe and clean environment.
  • Conduct daily exercises and activities for residents to promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Accompany residents for medical appointments and ensure their safety during transportation.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by senior staff or nurse managers.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and colleagues.
  2. Candidates proficient in local languages and dialects are preferred.
  3. possess good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  4. Be a team player who is also able to work independently and take initiative when needed.
  5. Able to carry out instructions competently and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  6. Exhibit customer service orientation and strive to provide exceptional service to residents and their families.
  7. Be self-motivated and hardworking with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and services.
