Singapore Pathlight School Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) Full time

Plan and manage casework for clients in our Residential Living Programme
- Act as the key liaison person for adults and families
- Conduct intake interviews and assessments
- Develop individualised client plans for residential services in consultation with our Positive Behaviour Support Team
- Maintain proper records of cases and monitor client progress
- Provide intervention services for clients
- Support clients on the autism spectrum through basic counselling or mentoring
- Implement programmes and activities to promote independence and quality of life
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with residential coaches to track and drive progress of clients
- Collaborate with community resources to provide support for client and family

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Social Work / Psychology / Counselling
- At least 1 to 2 years of casework and counselling experience
- Good interpersonal and relational skills
- Comfortable to work under ambiguity
- Passion to work with individuals on the autism spectrum
