  • Support residents in managing their healthcare needs, including administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
  • Perform daily resident management tasks, including cleaning and maintaining the living area, and ensuring that residents adhere to home rules.
  • Monitor residents' safety and well-being, and respond to any incidents or unusual behaviors.
