About the Role

This role involves working with account and planning leads to create strategies that address clients' business needs. You will collaborate with the creative and technology teams to inspire and validate the end-to-end conceptualisation, implementation, and optimisation of integrated marketing initiatives.

You will be expected to work well in a team or as an individual contributor, leveraging your strategic and tactical skills to drive business results. You will have contact with clients of various levels of seniority and make confidence-instilling recommendations that drive behavioural change and business benefit.

Responsibilities
  • Explore market trends, competitive activity, and best-in-class digital and social case studies to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Develop strategies by receiving and interrogating briefs from clients, using modern research techniques such as social media monitoring and traditional techniques like focus groups.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ideas developed are on brief and align with client objectives.
  • Maintain continuous monitoring of progress and recommend ways to improve the work.
Requirements
  • A degree in communications, marketing, or business, or relevant work experience in lieu of this.
  • At least 4 years of experience in an international creative, media, or research agency, preferably working with clients in Singapore and Asian markets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to write and present persuasive stories from disparate data sources.
  • The capacity to apply intellectual curiosity in a practical manner, with an innate sense of the right questions and measures of success for each situation.
  • Familiarity with business realities and comfort with a constant state of organised chaos.
  • Pas##ion for digital and social media, with knowledge of the places today's consumers inhabit.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to champion business-building initiatives for the agency and clients.
