About the Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to join DBS Bank Limited as a Product Manager, where you will be responsible for managing pricing and fee income to improve product competitiveness and increase profitability of the portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans, design marketing campaigns, and collaborate on customer journey improvements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage pricing and fee income to enhance product competitiveness and profitability.
  • Design and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns and initiatives to improve customer pricing and fees.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and enhance customer journeys related to pricing and fees.
  • Ensure business profitability by analysing financial data.
  • Recommend plans to grow the unsecured line of credit business.
  • Work closely with the business analytics team to analyse unsecured lending's portfolio for insights and business opportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the banking industry is preferred.
  • Good grasp of unsecured lending products and/or portfolio activities.
  • Good understanding of product and competitor market trends.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous nature.
  • Driven, consistently meeting expectations and resourceful.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
