**Job Title:** Business Support Officer
">- As a key member of the Leasing Team, you will provide administration support to ensure seamless operations.
- You will be responsible for preparing leasing documents and tenancy records in a timely manner.
- A vital part of your role will be to prepare weekly and monthly reports to support meeting objectives.
- Monitor lease expirations and renewal opportunities to maintain optimal business outcomes.
- E nsure all documents are completed for new tenants onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Track and ensure timely follow up of financial transactions to maintain accuracy and transparency.
- Perform other ad hoc projects as required.
