We are looking for BI&O Administrator to join our Singapore team. You will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring employees and clients have adequate support to work effectively and efficiently. You must be competent in prioritizing work, self-motivated and works with little supervision.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Greet and usher visitors to the office and our conference rooms
- Manage conference room bookings
- Manage physical mails & incoming telephone calls
- Maintenance of pantry & office supplies
- Liaising with vendors for maintenance of office & equipment
- Office orientation for employees and clients (onboarding/offboarding)
- Co-ordinate inward/outward courier
- Assist in delegations/events (Hotel bookings, Venues, Travel, etc)
- Preparation of vendor invoices for payment
- Filing of service contracts / agreements
- Administration of employees’ expense claims
- Generating invoice
- Ad-hoc and practical and administrative tasks
