Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:


• Administrative Support: Manage schedules, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate logistics including event set up, sourcing and liaising with vendors and stakeholders for international meetings, events, and visits.


• Documentation and Reporting: Assist in performing background research, drafting correspondence and papers.

Requirements:


• Prior experience in administrative roles, event coordination, protocol or international relations is preferred.


• Strong project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.


• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.


• A proactive and resourceful individual who can work independently and adapt to dynamic situations.


• Familiarity with international protocols and cross-cultural sensitivities is an advantage.

Location: City Hall / Raffles Place

Contract Period: 1-year

Mondays to Fridays office hours
