Key Account Manager Position

Job Summary:

  • We seek a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to drive retail sales channel growth and achieve monthly targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the retail sales channel effectively, aiming to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  2. Develop strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and strengthen market presence.
  3. Conduct comprehensive sales training sessions for dealer sales teams, focusing on retail business processes, daily operations, and customer management best practices.
  4. Provide in-depth analysis of dealer networks to offer guidance and support to sales and marketing executives.
  5. Oversee administrative matters and track individual and team sales performance metrics.
  6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Accounts, Logistics, Operations, and HR to ensure successful task execution and implementation.
  7. Prepare regular sales and collection reports, as well as yearly budget plans.
  8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, contributing valuable insights to our management's strategic decision-making process.
  9. Motivate and work closely with the sales team to achieve company objectives and goals.
  10. Travel may be required for regional sales activities and product meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Good understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation and pipeline management techniques.
  3. Preference will be given to candidates with their own transportation, which will be compensated with a transport allowance.
