Job Summary:
- We seek a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to drive retail sales channel growth and achieve monthly targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the retail sales channel effectively, aiming to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Conduct comprehensive sales training sessions for dealer sales teams, focusing on retail business processes, daily operations, and customer management best practices.
- Provide in-depth analysis of dealer networks to offer guidance and support to sales and marketing executives.
- Oversee administrative matters and track individual and team sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Accounts, Logistics, Operations, and HR to ensure successful task execution and implementation.
- Prepare regular sales and collection reports, as well as yearly budget plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, contributing valuable insights to our management's strategic decision-making process.
- Motivate and work closely with the sales team to achieve company objectives and goals.
- Travel may be required for regional sales activities and product meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation and pipeline management techniques.
- Preference will be given to candidates with their own transportation, which will be compensated with a transport allowance.
