Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Manager to oversee our team of officers in HR Business Process Outsourcing.
About the Role:- Oversight and management of end-to-end recruitment, scholarship, and internship processes
- Leave and benefits administration
- Training administration
- Events management
- Data entry, reporting, and analytics
The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance with prescribed policy, standing operating procedures, and customers' expectations. Key responsibilities include verifying and/or approving team deliverables, coaching and providing on-the-job-training, and working closely with the HR Manager/Director to oversee staff training and development, performance review, and staff welfare.
Requirements:- Diploma in Human Resources or a relevant discipline
- At least three years of experience in HR or a related field including supervisory experience
- Experience in shared services is an added advantage
- Past working experience in government ministries and statutory boards is preferred
Candidates should possess a strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills, be highly adaptable, and have a high level of initiative and mindset of continuous improvement. Meticulousness, attention to detail, and organization are essential qualities.
