Job Title: Senior HR Generalist

Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for recruitment, employee relations, and compliance? We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  2. Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  3. Handle HR administration, including letter of appointment, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  4. Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
  5. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  6. Implement employee engagement and welfare programs.
  7. Assist in coordinating performance appraisal cycles.
  8. Track training needs and support learning and development programs.
  9. Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  10. Prepare HR-related reports and ensure timely submission.

Requirements:
  1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  2. 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  3. Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  4. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
