Sales Target and Estimated SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is SGD 120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location.
Job DescriptionThis Senior Premier Relationship Manager role involves acquiring and prospecting new Premier Banking Offshore customers from the North Asia market, particularly Taiwan. You'll be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with existing affluent customers, contributing to profit and growth targets, and ensuring superior customer service.
- Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking Offshore customers from the North Asia market (with a focus in Taiwan).
- Develop and strengthen relationships with the Bank in accordance with relevant business goals.
- Contribute to the bottom-line of Premier Banking through the accomplishment of profit and growth targets.
- Manage relationships with new and existing affluent customers through professional consultative financial analysis.
- Upsell, cross-sell, and provide regular market information updates and trend analysis to these customers.
- Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of Premier Banking.
- You should have at least 5 years of sales experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably managing the affluent segment, and demonstrate consistent sales performance.
- Experience in covering the North Asian markets with a focus in Taiwan is required.
- A recognised university degree and CMFAS certification (RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI) are essential.
