Key Account Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining healthy client relationships with existing key accounts, as well as preparing sales pitches and presenting proposals customized to individual customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in a relevant field, such as Sales or Marketing.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment with a proven track record of success.
  • Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaker stakeholders.
  • Relevant sales experience in the AV industry is an added advantage.
