Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with customers after their treatment and ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided. You will also be responsible for effectively managing the daily operations of the outlet, including staff management and sales performance.

In addition, you will be required to provide guidance and training to new staff members to promote internal growth and development.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have strong interpersonal skills and be able to negotiate effectively.
