Job Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Relationship Manager. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in sales and customer relationship management to drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Prospecting new customers and converting leads into closed deals
    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key partners
    • Managing client inquiries and providing expert solutions for mortgage financing
    • Planning sales visits and presenting to potential customers to build referrals
    • Liaising and coordinating with different parties to ensure a seamless experience for each client
    • Meeting individual sales targets while contributing to the overall company target

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Diploma qualification
  • Fluent English and Mandarin language skills
  • Excellent customer engagement and interpersonal skills
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales or consumer banking, preferably in mortgage sales
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good team player with a positive attitude and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
