Relationship Professional

As a Relationship Professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, delivering exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend to all walk-in residents, updating feedback providers on actions taken;
- Utilize systems to check past feedback cases or create new ones;
- Issue events/facilities booking permits as required;
- Respond to feedback emails and calls;
- Visit sites, where necessary, to address resident concerns;
- Communicate with external agencies to resolve cases;
- Perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor.
- Experience handling difficult situations;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Effective written and verbal communication;
- Independence to attend site visits;
- Familiarity with IT systems;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
