Job Description

The primary objective of the Relationship Manager is to develop and maintain robust, client-centric relationships with clients and partners.

  • Maintain ongoing development of new client relationships to ensure a balanced referral source portfolio.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on their liquidity planning and insurance needs.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets through effective relationship management and business development strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent from a Finance or related discipline.
  • Valid professional license required. Candidates without a current license must obtain one upon commencing employment.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales and/or relationship management, preferably within the insurance or banking sector.
