Senior Sales Professional - Customer Relationship Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee assigned customer accounts, fostering key relationships, and driving sales performance through strategic planning and inventory optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of assigned customer accounts to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Collaboration with the factory and Japan headquarters on shipment schedules, sample requests, and R&D activities.
  • Sales support for existing and new customers to create new business opportunities.
  • Account receivable collection support from customers under the guidance of the Finance Department.
  • Regional travel to support customers or follow up on sales leads.
  • Sales report preparation under the direction of the Sales Manager.
  • Pursuit of new business opportunities overseas, especially in India and Indonesia.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.
  • B2B sales experience in manufacturing, particularly supporting customer design projects.
  • Familiarity with trading terms and conditions, as well as Microsoft Office and Google productivity tools.
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical products is beneficial.
  • Experience with CRM systems or SAP is advantageous.
  • Background in the electronics manufacturing industry is desirable.
