Job Overview

This is a key role within our retail operation, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

The Senior Retail Associate will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience in our gallery.

About This Role
  • The Senior Retail Associate will handle day-to-day operations, including handling cash transactions, managing inventory, and performing administrative tasks.
  • You will provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to drive sales.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store looks its best at all times.
  • This role also involves providing support to other team members, guiding them in executing daily tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure operational or customer-related issues are handled promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle day-to-day operations, including receiving walk-in guests, directing guests to various parts of the gallery, and sharing expertise of products and providing sales recommendations.
  2. Perform sales, sales transactions, delivery orders, upselling of products, and cashiering duties.
  3. Prepare and submit shift-end reports on sales performance, inventory discrepancies, and incidents (if any).
  4. Manage delivery of services to guests consistent with the company's core service standards, brand attributes, and compliance.
  5. Exercise judgment in handling challenging situations such as customer complaints, disputes, or incidents to maintain brand reputation and service standards.
  6. Communicate effectively with Store Manager and Management on significant matters that occurred during their absence.
  7. Guide and support other retail associates in executing daily tasks efficiently.
  8. Enforce SOPs related to safety, security, and service excellence.
  9. Provide general upkeep of visual merchandising display in our gallery, ensuring outstanding cleanliness and maintenance of the store.
  10. Maintain housekeeping and inventory duties.
  11. Handle email and telephonic queries and feedback on general enquiries, sales enquiries, and product enquiries.
  12. Assist in admin work.
Requirements
  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar field would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
