**Role Purpose**
The Sales Administrator is a key point of contact between our sales team, our customers & our consultants. You will learn and develop key skills with the support of a senior manager so that you are confident in helping business opportunities, administering sales prospects and consultants, researching and analysing sales options. You will strive to maintain excellent working relationships with existing customers and help the sales team to gain repeat business. This role is responsible for driving both existing and new business sales and will be expected to work closely with colleagues to improve customer experience & sales.
**Performance Deliverables**
- Build / maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders.
- Utilise cloud-based systems to improve proactive marketing campaigns and take a hands-on approach in those campaigns.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities within client portfolio and collaborate with sales colleagues and teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Proactively identify and assist the Sales and Marketing Manager and other senior managers to obtain real and sustained, continuous improvement, throughout the business and execute same in a timely manner.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Undertake other duties as requested by the Sales and Marketing Manager in accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the role.
**Your Attributes (Skills/Experience/ Education)**
- An understanding of technology basics in modern businesses.
- High energy and self motivated, you will thrive on picking up the phone and calling people to get work done.
- Previous customer facing experience ideally in an IT Services environment, though other backgrounds considered as well.
- A confident and personable individual with an ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Good comms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and pay attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, someone who says they will ‘go the extra-mile’ and lives and breathes that value.
