Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Are you a sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships? Do you have experience in managing existing customers and developing new ones?

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing existing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Providing pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers.
  • Preparing quotations and following up on sales inquiries/proposals from customers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Facilitating meetings and workshops/trainings with customers as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience in automation.
