This strategic position plays a pivotal role in forging and maintaining robust relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Job

This dynamic position will be responsible for managing sales cycles effectively, ensuring accurate and timely execution of transactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales and financial product management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell a diverse range of retail banking and investment products to clients
  • Upsell and cross-sell our suite of products and services to enhance customer loyalty and revenue
  • Provide expert advice recommending suitable wealth management products for potential clients
  • Stay up-to-date with all regulatory guidelines governing sales and advisory processes
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback on product offerings, sales processes, and operations
  • Support technology initiatives to promote customer convenience and service excellence

Customer Focus

  • Respond promptly to client issues and escalate as needed
  • Act as a single point of contact for all clients under their handling

Operational Efficiency

  • Maintain 100% accuracy on forms submitted to operations or partners for execution
  • Contribute to maintaining a high level of branch aesthetics according to corporate identity guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, banking, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales and financial product management is highly desirable
  • CMFAS certification required - M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI, BCP, PGI
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Solid knowledge of banking, wealth management, and insurance products
