This role involves working closely with various teams to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Description:

Manage the end-to-end planning, execution, support, and implementation of automation projects and process improvements in Accounts Payable (AP) and Financial Accounting (FA). Ensure alignment to business goals by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Process payments for vendor invoices, intercompany settlements, staff claim reimbursements, customer refunds, and Corporate Credit Cards;
  • Liaise and follow up with Business Units on advance payments and outstanding invoices;
  • Respond to audit confirmations;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery by the timelines;
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes;
  • Identify, resolve, mitigate, and escalate issues and risks in the projects;
  • Attend project meetings and update on project status;
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing(s); and other AP and FA operation tasks assigned by the AP Head.

Key requirements include a degree in Accounting or Business, minimum 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in SAP, familiarity with MS Office applications, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
