Senior Process Improvement Specialist

In a rapidly changing business landscape, process improvement specialists play a vital role in driving operational excellence. At our organization, we are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a senior process improvement specialist.
This key position involves analyzing and optimizing end-to-end processes to achieve significant improvements in efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of process management, and a proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis of current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing strategies to optimize these processes using Lean Six Sigma principles. They will also facilitate process mapping and root cause analysis to drive targeted improvements and ensure seamless implementation of new processes.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement is also a critical aspect of this role. The successful candidate will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and impact of process improvements, lead efforts to improve quality, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction within the supply chain, and lead cross-functional teams in executing Lean Six Sigma projects to drive process improvements.
Achieving alignment with business objectives is crucial in this position. The successful candidate will manage process improvement projects from concept through execution, ensuring that solutions meet customer needs and business goals. Additionally, they will prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration are essential in this role. The successful candidate will work closely with supply chain, procurement, logistics, and IT teams to ensure process alignment with business needs, facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to gather input and develop solutions, and build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications- Masters degree preferred
- Minimum 12 years of experience
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent preferred
- Expert knowledge of functional processes in assigned BU
- Demonstrated expert knowledge of change management principles and approaches
