Business Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture business requirement gathering, process mapping, and collaboration with technical teams.
  • Analyze and document business requirements for various modules.
  • Design and document workflow solutions on ServiceNow and streamline internal organization approval processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and ServiceNow COE.
  • Report to the Project Manager or Program Lead for NSC PATH implementation.
  • Ensure workflows comply with ServiceNow Development Procedure Best Practices and data security regulations.
  • Develop functional specifications and user stories, collaborating with technical teams for system configuration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or Business.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or in similar business process roles.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
  • ServiceNow certification is an asset.
  • Experience in designing and implementing applications.
  • Proven working experience with ERP integrated applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
