Job Overview

  • We are seeking a Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through process optimization and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Manage and support billing system projects to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users during system transition.
  • Assist with ad-hoc operational functions such as billing operations, collection, and refund.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the energy or utilities industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in business process improvement and project management.

Skills/Competencies & Preferred Characteristics

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI, and process mapping analysis tools.
  • Excel and VBA: Proficient in Excel functions such as LOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Power Query.
  • SQL and Relational Databases: Understanding of database design with the ability to write SQL queries.
  • Data Cleaning and Transformation: Ability to preprocess, clean, and transform raw data.
