Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Coffee Supervisor to join our team at Papa Palheta Pte Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our retail concept store and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front-of-house retail operations of the assigned outlet(s) by ensuring a high standard of service is provided at all times.
  • Maintain the look-and-feel of the shop through visual merchandising and daily housekeeping.
  • Conduct and follow up on requests for in-store demos, events, and/or workshops.
  • Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage store inventory and arrange for stock replenishment.
  • Track, monitor, and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy in monthly stock take.
  • Participate in regular product trainings and/or workshops.
  • Provide feedback and/or suggest areas for improvement.
  • Assist with any other duties as required by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Able to speak fluent English and/or communicate confidently with a diverse group of people.
  • Keen interest in specialty coffee and brewing equipment.
  • Service-oriented and a team player.
  • 5-day work week including weekends and public holidays.
