Roles & Responsibilities

As a Coffee Connoisseur at PAPA PALHETA PTE. LTD., you will be part of a dynamic team representing our brand on the frontline. You will drive our retail concept store and be responsible for providing recommendations for home brewers from our range of coffee and equipment, connecting people with coffee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-of-house retail operations of assigned outlet(s) by PAPA PALHETA PTE. LTD. in Singapore
  • Ensure a high standard of service is provided in the store at all times
  • Conduct and follow up on requests for in-store demos, events and/or workshops
  • Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage store inventory and arrange for stock replenishment
  • Track, monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy in monthly stock take
  • Participate in regular product trainings and/or workshops
  • Provide feedback and/or suggest areas for improvement

Minimum Requirements

  • Able to speak fluent English and/or communicate confidently with a diverse group of people
  • Keen interest in specialty coffee and brewing equipment
  • Service oriented and a team player
  • 5-day work week including weekends and public holidays
