Job Title: Agreement Specialist

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agreement Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Administration: Manage, prepare and maintain contract documents, schedules, and provide professional advice and support in all tenders and projects.
  • Tender Evaluation: Conduct site show rounds, evaluate and recommend tender awards.
  • Budgeting: Monitor and oversee the budget, including cyclical maintenance and replacement works.
  • Payment Claims: Prepare and submit timely and complete payment claims, including back-up evidence for projects.
  • Joint Measurement: Evaluate and carry out joint measurement on Contractors' claims for Work Orders and prepare accurate payment claims.
  • Client Requirements: Address clients' requirements through reviewing existing contracts and suggesting improvements to meet their business needs.
  • Project Cost Management: Oversee the preparation and monitoring of project cost budgets and cash flow, tracking changes in work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying / Estate Management / Building / recognised qualifications.
  • Certification: PSPC-Recognized Degrees for Quantity Surveying (QS) Discipline will be an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance contracts.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge with the usage of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), MS Projects.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
