Procurement Specialist

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of project cost estimates and specifications for all contractual works under our umbrella.

This includes preparing and administering both pre and post contract administration works, as well as coordinating and executing various tenders for routine maintenance work, services, and supplies.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of project cost estimates and specifications
  • Administer pre and post contract administration works
  • Coordinate and execute various tenders for routine maintenance work, services, and supplies

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Estate Management, Building, or other related fields
  • Preferably with some experience in maintenance contracts
  • Good team player
  • Good problem solver
