We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Contract Manager to oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance service providers in civil and building systems for hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure functionality and serviceability of hospital facilities at all times.
- Audit and monitor service standards rendered by specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance service providers.
- Provide support to Head of Department and Building Managers in capital nature replacements, systems, and building improvement projects.
- C coordinate and support hospital's A&A and minor works.
- Strong culture of staff and leadership accountability.
- Ability to work closely with Site Lead, Group FM, and Building Trade Lead, Group FM in building clear accountability, expectations, and deliverables for the Site Building Trade team.
- Experience in contract management, including contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution.
- Familiarity with NUHS Contract Management Policy and Processes, NUHS Procurement Policy, and Audit Compliance.
