Job Title: Contract Management Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Expert to oversee contract-related tasks for facade maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in contract administration, project coordination, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review all contract-related documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and properly filed.
  • Track key contract dates and ensure contractual correspondence is documented and filed accordingly.
  • Assist in tender document preparation and submission for new facade maintenance projects.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate scope and pricing in bids.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in contracts administration, project coordination, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with contract law principles advantageous.

How You Will Contribute:
