Maintenance and Engineering Coordinator Role

As a Maintenance and Engineering Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Understand and review main contract requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Maintenance Design Drawings: Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines.
  • Servicing Drawings: Prepare servicing drawings and liaise with consultants and clients.
  • Maintenance Sub-Contractors: Manage maintenance sub-contractors' work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission, and approval.
  • Techincal Matters: Study, coordinate, and supervise M&E works with client representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters.
  • Specifications and Drawings: Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.
  • Project Timeline: Ensure M&E works are performed on time and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice, and safety regulations.
  • Site Meetings: Attend site meetings as required.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination is advantageous.

- At least 2 years of experience as M&E Coordinator in a construction firm with facility management experience.

- Good knowledge of Singapore standards and requirements.

- Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
