Job Title: Maintenance and Engineering Coordinator

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Maintenance and Engineering Coordinator. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance and engineering works are performed on time, in compliance with standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise, coordinate, and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors on M&E matters or challenges to ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Coordinate and lead the site team, including M&E engineers, structural engineers, and architectural coordinators, to ensure quality performance meets consultants' specifications and clients' requirements.
  • Attend all project site CCM meetings and resolve technical issues.
  • Evaluate and verify information obtained from various sources to determine the completeness and accuracy of M&E master schedules.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating M&E activities to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in main contractor or subcontractor roles.
  • Degree holder.
