Job Description

We are seeking a Hardware and Software IT Manager to join our team at Aptitude Asia. This role involves managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of hardware and software assets, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve IT service delivery, reducing downtime and enhancing user experience.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology initiatives, aligning with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and optimize resource utilization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a help desk environment or customer support role.
  • Prior experience in technical support and troubleshooting in a multinational corporation or financial sector is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, G Suite).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
