Job DescriptionAs a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for guests with inquiries and concerns regarding their orders, feedback, or promotions. Your role will involve answering inbound calls in a professional and timely manner, resolving customer enquiries efficiently, and guiding customers through our online ordering platforms.
- Answer inbound calls from guests in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer enquiries related to orders, feedback, or promotions efficiently
- Guide customers through our online ordering platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with Linux-based tools and internal software
- Basic data entry skills in Microsoft Excel

- Must be able to work flexi shift hours (min 4hrs/day)
- Initial 3-6 months in office (adjustable based on progress)
- WFH possible later (after systems & workflow familiarity)
- Max 35hrs/week (per FHR guidelines)
- Perform basic data entry in Microsoft Excel for logs, checklists, and daily operations
- Assist in maintaining accurate guest records and operational trackers
- Provide clear, updated information on products, menu items, and promotions to guests
- Liaise with relevant teams to escalate unresolved issues where necessary
- Submit and log customer refunds as per guidelines
- Support shift-based administrative tasks as assigned
