Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for guests with inquiries and concerns regarding their orders, feedback, or promotions. Your role will involve answering inbound calls in a professional and timely manner, resolving customer enquiries efficiently, and guiding customers through our online ordering platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with Linux-based tools and internal software
  • Basic data entry skills in Microsoft Excel

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic data entry in Microsoft Excel for logs, checklists, and daily operations
  • Assist in maintaining accurate guest records and operational trackers
  • Provide clear, updated information on products, menu items, and promotions to guests
  • Liaise with relevant teams to escalate unresolved issues where necessary
  • Submit and log customer refunds as per guidelines
  • Support shift-based administrative tasks as assigned
