About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across multiple locations. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing overall support through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers warmly
- Provide accurate information about our classes, programs, internal events, and studio policies
- Respond to general enquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone, and walk-ins
- Process student enrolments, withdrawals, and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in senior or team lead positions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to support junior team members when needed
