Job Title: Field Process Engineer

We are seeking a talented Field Process Engineer to join our team. As a Field Process Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle.

The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.

As a Field Process Engineer, you will be a customer-focused expert on our equipment, pushing the boundaries to meet customer needs. You will work closely with product groups to provide on-site support at customer sites, including familiarizing yourself with customer wafer fabrication processing flow and techniques.

  • Provide on-site support at customer sites

This includes addressing potential integration challenges with systems that impact or are being impacted earlier or later in the process flow. Your portfolio will include providing on-site support, training, and identifying design improvements with product groups.
