**Job Title:** Field Process Engineer

Join us in this exciting opportunity to work as a Field Process Engineer. This role will require you to be a customer-focused expert on our equipment, pushing the boundaries to meet customer needs.

  • Provide on-site support at customer sites and address potential integration challenges with systems which impact or are being impacted earlier or later in the process flow.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design of Experiment (DOE), process evaluation and documentation of process outputs relating to hardware installations, medications / upgrades to existing systems.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
