Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Residential Property Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our condominium properties.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations. This includes conducting regular inspections of common areas, equipment, public walkways, and external façade.

You will also recommend and approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning projects to maintain the properties' value and appeal. Additionally, you will respond to escalated resident needs in a timely and efficient manner.

A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with residents and council members through effective communication and rapport-building skills.

As a Residential Property Administrator, you must have a broad knowledge of your job discipline and some understanding of several related disciplines within the function. You will prepare and conduct sub-committee meetings, as well as assist with council and general meetings by providing draft minutes.

Emergency situations require prompt attention, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. A diploma or bachelor's degree, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience in residential/condominium/strata management, is required for this position.
