Residential Property Administrator

The role of Residential Property Administrator involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential building or condominium. This position requires a strong ability to manage and coordinate maintenance and administrative staff, ensuring all contract works and routine servicing are carried out as specified.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising and coordinating maintenance and administrative staff
• Ensuring contract works and routine servicing are completed on time
• Reviewing contracts and recommending renewals or tenders
• Coordinating council and general meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks
• Mature and outgoing personality with good administrative and computer literacy
• Preferred qualifications include an Estate Management diploma or degree, and conversance in Fire Safety and Preventive Maintenance
