**Programme Leadership Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the design and delivery of impactful mental well-being programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop evidence-informed programmes that promote mental well-being and strengthen emotional resilience across all age groups.
  • Create accessible mental health resources to support ongoing learning and self-care.
  • Collaborate with schools, community organisations, and other stakeholders to co-create programmes that meet community needs.
  • Analyse feedback, track outcomes, and apply data-driven insights to evaluate programme effectiveness.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Coordinate programme logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and preparation of materials.
  • Manage participant registrations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and communication materials for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social service agencies or IPC charities.
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
