Job Title: Key Accounts Director
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships with key customers in the marine industry.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales action plans to achieve targets and drive business expansion.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and submit proposals to customers, ensuring successful deal closure.
- Team Collaboration: Lead and manage internal sales team members to enhance collaboration and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales or Business Development for the marine industry, with a proven track record.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent skills in managing customer relationships and negotiating new business opportunities.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, with a valid driver's license being an advantage.
- Travel: Must be able to travel and work independently, often visiting customers at their premises.
A successful Senior Business Development Manager should possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for developing strong customer relationships.
