Benefits Operations Role:

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Operations Specialist to join our APAC team. The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits operations and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with country benefits analysts to roll out new benefits initiatives
  2. Facilitate and manage employee benefits vendor relationships
  3. Collect and deliver accurate benefits data
  4. Support payroll team leads in benefits payroll reporting for countries in the APAC region
  5. Partner with HRBP, HR lifecycle and C&B teams on compensation and benefits projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits operations or a related HR function
  • Hands-on experience of handling Provident Fund, Private Medical Insurance and other related benefit schemes
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to compile data and assess trends
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
