Job Title: Associate Partnership Director, P&A
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our partnership initiatives and drive business growth through strategic alliances.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise sales and channel/alliance development, with a proven track record of success in the software/technology industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to meet business objectives.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Mentor and lead a team of partner managers to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- NCS Services Growth as attached to the Partner portfolio.
- NCS business and Sales growth from Partner sourced leads.
- Rebates and Incentives achieved with partner through attaining joint goals.
- Lead Generation achieved from joint NCS and Partner Marketing events.
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of experience in Enterprise Sales and/or Channel/Alliance development in the software/technology industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth through partnerships.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with key IT technologies and ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
