The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in promoting banking products to Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Cold-calling to identify new sales opportunities on a daily basis
- Understanding clients' needs and industry requirements
- Providing expert advice on suitable loan products
- Preparing proposals and meeting with clients to discuss their options
- Assisting clients with documentation and loan applications
- Ensuring client satisfaction through follow-up efforts
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, a positive mindset, self-discipline, and a passion for sales.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 'N' level education, fluency in English and Mandarin, the ability to travel to meet clients, and a laptop for work purposes. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.
This is a full-time position with a commission-based salary.
